I am searching for Fredrick Boroughf's parents. Fredrick married a Regina Koser. He was born in Oct 15, 1770 or so his obit claims. He claimed to be 104 when he died Jan 1875.
I found on the internet that an Abraham Boroughs married an Elinor Barsnett on March 1752 Saint Lukes Protestant Episcopal Parish Church Hill, Queen Annes Maryland.
Fredrick was of the Episcopal religion and in fact two of his sons were ministers.
Fredrick had his first son named Abraham.
The German f looks like an s in the older script writing.
This Abraham Boroughs and Elinor are the correct age group for his parents.
Fredrick's first known documents come from the War of 1812 where he enlisted in the Maryland company of Capt Dunn.
I am wondering if anyone would know where the records of the Episcopal chuch might be and if anyone could look to see if there are baptisms for Fredrick there.
