Researching Hayes, Lane and Bailey families from Queen Anne's County, MD. In ived in Dixon's Tavern (Dixon's) now Sudlersville I believe. Frances Bailey married William Lane in 1847 in Queen Anne's County and they had William H. Lane who married Mary Amanda Hayes and they moved to Kent County , Delaware by 1880. Frances A. Lane died in Queen Anne's County in 1900.
I am not able to find any information on the Baileys-Frances had a sister Mary and Frances was born around 1828. Also any information on George Washington Hayes and his spouse Sallie Barney (her mother Ann (Nancy) Barney). They would have died in Queen Anne's County. Ann was born in Del. in 1798. They also lived in Dixons. Washington Hayes was born in 1820 in Queen Anne's County. Please advise if anyone can do cemetary look ups around Sudlersville or if anyone has any information.
