OK, I can't possibly be the last surviving descendant of William Jones who was born in Bibb County about 1823. He was the son of Joseph White Jones and Rebecca Hightower. I think he was married to an Elizabeth, but no one seems to know her last name for sure. They also don't know what happened to him after 1860. William was my great-grandfather. His som George Washington Jones was my grandfather. Any help, no matter how small, in finding William and his wife would be most graciously appreciated.
