Sorry as of yet no parents for Clement C. NANCE only have him marrying 2 times 1st to Elizabeth PHILIPS 11 Jun 1827 Grainger County TN, 2nd to Susan (Roach) MALLICOAT 12 Feb 1866 Grainger County TN ??????? Could he have possibly been married also to a Peggy NANCE 13 Feb 1815 Jefferson County, TN

1830 Grainger County TN census shows (2 males older then the length of Clement's and Elizabeth's marriage.)
