Hi Kath,

Napoleon withdrew from Portugal in early 1811 (I suppose that was the end of the Penisular Wars.) He then invaded Russia in late 1811 or early 1812. Of course, about this time the British were fighting with America until early 1815.

I'm not sure what else was going on during this time period.
