I'm sure most of you know - but it's always worth repeating:-
The Waterloo Roll Call, Penisular Medal Roll 1793 to 1814, 1798 Army List, and 1878 Army list are all now online at
http://www.nationalarchivist.com
They also plan to add the 1813, 1814, 1815, 1824, 1826, 1827, 1915 army lists, and the Trafalgar Roll Call 1805 in the near future.
It's free to search the lists, and will return full name and regiment details, but there's a charge (i think about 60p) to view the actual record.
