I am currently looking for any information about births at sea in the Bay of Biscay in 1811. My gggg-grandmother Margaretta Sarah Brymer was born at sea in the Bay of Biscay in the early part of the year 1811. I am attempting to find out if there is a possibility that she may have been born aboard a British war ship. There was a fleet which left England bound for Portugal led by HMS Victory with troops, sailors and some family members during this period (1811). Is there anyone who can help with any information.
