Would like to communicate with anyone related to Cora Lee NASH. ancestry.com OneWorldTree is not sourced, but has that she was born 27 May 1891, Athens, Clarke County, Georgia, and died 15 Feb 1959 in Fitzgerald, Georgia. It also states that she married John Arthur HIPPS who was born 8 Nov 1891 and died 16 Dec 1965. I have located the 1920 and 1930 census entries for this couple.
I am a descendant of Wiley Terry/Terrill NASH (b Mar 1826; d prob. Apr 1909) and his wife Ellen Catherine BUTLER (b Oct 1835; d possibly 1922). Their son Wiley T. NASH (b 10 Mar 1866; d 5 Sep 1944) married Olivia "Levie" (b 24 Feb 1864; d 26 Mar 1912). Wiley T. and Olivia are buried in the Lester Cemetery in Athens, Clarke County, Georgia.
Wiley T & wife Olivia had a daughter Cora who was born May 1891, per the 1900 Madison County, GA, census. I am trying to prove/disprove that Cora Lee (NASH) HIPPS could be this daughter.
Siblings of Cora, daughter of Wiley T & Olivia NASH, include Robert Edward, Frank James or James Frank, Fannie, Eurskin Welcher, Raymond, Katy, and Paul NASH.
