Kathleen,

I have got Henry, James and Hannah (Anna) going to USA; but I have their parents as James Nelms (1799) of Shabbington near Oxford and Elizabeth Radbone. According to my records Henry (1837) and Anna (1849) travelled to Ohio in Apr 1854 and James (1843) in May 1869. Henry was in an accident and died in 1876 and is buried at Toledo, Ohio. James married Mary Jane Thacher in 1875 and family story has it that Anna did not like the US and returned to England about 1880.

Could this be the same family?

Regards,
Peter Nelms
