POSTAL -- Daniel GILLIS has received his commission as Postmaster at Poland’s, in San Joaquin county; William NELSON has been appointed Postmaster at Merced Falls, Merced county, and the name of Foreman’s Ranch Post Office, San Joaquin county, has been changed to Linden.
