Hi Douglas,
My grandfather, thomas edwin John Neve, was born in Ramsgate Kent in 1909. He/his family migrated to Aberdeen where he obtained his trawler Skippers ticket in 1932. I know very little about the Neves and wonder if you have any further information. I think my great Grandfather was named Percy.
