My husbands family has a family history and I
thought I'ld share a few of the stories from it.
You'll have to pardon my typing it is very late,
I just thought I'ld get on the computer for awhile.
There is apparantly an old song that
records lady nevills mysterious disappearance. At the Nevills'
castle during a christmas party while she was under
the mistletoe a partier tried to demand a kiss.
she fled into the attic to hide in a chest and the
cover slamed shut. She could not be found until
years later. You may already know the story. Nevills
castle is near Nevills cross.
The family history that i have begins with Agnes Nancy
Hoshal who married Thomas James Nevills in about
1834. If you think you may be interested in anything
else that i have dealing with the family history let
me know. I am not very familiar with it and
would love to be able to pass on the info to
someone who would enjoy it.
