I could really use some help getting some old public records in Merrimack Co.

I am stumped! I'm new to genealogy research and I have already hit a roadblock. I'm hoping someone in NH has access to old public records and would be willing to help me.
I would like to get the birth, obituaries and marriage records for both Germaine Marie BELANGER (possibly born Marie Germaine, but went by Germaine) and Leo Joseph GAGNON.
They were both born in New Hampshire (Suncook area, Merrimack Co.) They were married in NH sometime prior to 1939. I am also trying to figure out who the parents of Germaine Marie BELANGER were. I did find a Germaine BELANGER in the 1920 (Hooksett, Merrimack Co) census, daughter of Joseph Belanger and Olivine, but I'm not certain it's my Germaine. Germaine also had a brother Albert, or Arthur who died fairly young. I don't have any other information.
Does anyone have access to old Obituaries from Dec 1977-1997... They were residing in Suncook when they died.
Any and all help will be most appreciated. Thanks in advance!
