I am researching Lavinia Perry Nicholson, born in Franklin or Wake Co NC, ca 1800. She had married a Nicholson by 1837 when she was named as an heir of Nathaniel Perry in the Wake Co probate records. She evidently was not living in the area because Andrew Hartsfield was acting as her agent in the probate.
Other heirs named in the will are Jeremiah (Jumper), William P, and Benjamin P Perry and Athy Gean/Jean. (Witnesses included a Marriot, Roles, Nathan Gean, and Allison Perry.)
I will be glad to share information on descendants of these families.
