I have scant data on my Nicholson Ancestors. Elizabeth Nicholson b. adt 1783 SC d abt 1851 Lawrence Co. AL, near Moulton. She md. abt 1805 (perhaps in TN) George Tackett b abt 1750 NC. George lived in NC, TN, AL & MS. I have been told her father was Maj. John Nicholson b prior to 1758/63
I need documentation. Point me to the Book and Page and I will sure try to find it. I just need a starting point. I do no know if the Maj. had other children or not. Thanks cbh
