Seeking first wife and parents of Richard Nicholson (1713-1792) farmer on Whiskey Run,Newton Twp,Cumberland Co,Pa ; member of and buried at Big Spring Church in Newville.
Children were:Margery,Sarah,Anne,William,Mary,James,Margaret
plus stepsons John and William Stevenson by his 2nd wife Mary Stevenson (1708-1793). He settled his land in 1745 . Close friends and neighbors beside Stevenson were Patton , Porterfield,McElwain,McElhaney,Shannon,and Williamson.
