Candelaria Baca 1825 New Mexico, help???

I saw your post on the message board. I have been trying to find information about my ancestor, Candelaria Baca.
I am new to family research and would appreciate any help you might be able to give.
She was born about 1841 in the NM territory. Her home in 1880 was Cordoras, Taos, New Mexico with her daughter Teresa (Baca) born 1825 who married Antonio Martinez. Bonifacia Baca, another daughter was 7 at the time.
This is the marriage record:
From Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Taos:
26 Nov 1864 - I presented the matrimony of Antonio Martinez, legitimate son of Jose Maria Martinez and of Carmel Sanchez, from El Ranchito, with
Teresa Vaca, daughter of Candelaria Vaca, from Santa Fe. Padrinos:Leandro Martinez and Soledad Martinez.

As there was no mention of a husband to Candelaria, do you think she was an unmarried mother of two? Why else would there be no mention of a father?
I am having the hardest time finding her "husband" or parents. Can you help me?

Mike Martinez
