I have lost touch with some Norris researchers in TN, and would like them to contact me at hodnett2@msn.com. Abner Norris was born in VA 1758, father of our David Norris born 1800 SC, and probably a Simon William, born 1776, as well as others. I haven't done any research on this line for awhile now, and am sort of out of whatever new research might be going on on this line. I thought the father of Abner to be a JOhn Norris, in the direct line of Thomas of 1609 England. I know the TN researchers have put his father as Thomas Norris, and if you are still out there please contact me, as I would like to see the latest research and also a copy of Abner's will, and that of Thomas his father if there is one. I think I had a copy of Abner's will at one time, or someone was telling me about it; I don't find it now. Thank you.
