I am looking for information about Catherine Norris who was born in Ireland, married Michael Dougherty Sr and immigrated to the US in the mid-1800's. I do not know if she immigrated alone or if her husband had died. She settled with her children in Pennsylvania. Her son Michael born 1844 in Falcarragh, County Donegal, Ireland in 1844 wenr on to become a Civil War hero. Any info about Catherine and her children most welcome.
