I am searching for decendants of Francis Powley/Pauli was a resident of Schenectady NY during the War of Independence he fled with his wife ? as a loyalist to the Midland Dist UC and according to the UEL list was the first settler called Loyalist in the Kingston area. He received 200 acr of land OC 22 Oct 1787 His only known son is Johann Jacob Powley/Pauli
Jacob md Annetje Anna Hannah Van Vorst (dau of Jellis Van Vorst and Annatje Berrit)
about 1774 in Schenectady NY
The records of her baptizm and their first four children are in the Dutch Reformed Church of Schenectady NY.
