I am not related to your Lydia Ogden, but here are some things I did find out by checking on my own.
In the 1900 Census she is living with her son William. In the 1910 Census she is not living with him, so she probably passed between those dates.
The online death index for Arkansas does not start until 1914, and I did not find her in there.
I am glad I could find the marriage date for you.
The census also indicates Lydia was born in Arkansas.
