Bird ORANGE in Christian Co, KY, 1920

I am trying to determine the identity of a Bird ORANGE in the 1920 U.S. Census for Lantrips Pct, Christian Co, KY. Bird is age 20, b. KY, his wife is Mattie L., age 16, b. KY and there is a servant, Erna G. HICKS, age 25 in his household. Bird's family is listed separately, but in the same dwelling as G. W. ORANGE family. I am assuming that G. W. Orange is George Washington (son of Zephaniah Jordan ORANGE) and his wife L. E. is Louella (Morris), son G.A. is George Amon and dau Irene is Louella Irene. George Amon and Irene were the two youngest of 6 children in that family.

George W. and Louella ORANGE had a son, Vivian, shown in 1900 census as age 1, and in 1910 as age 11. Vivian was their 4th child. Could the Bird ORANGE in 1920 be the same as Vivian or is he some other relative?
