Some 4 years ago I started to trace my family that came from Fordham in Cambridgeshire, but only spent around 6 months tracing the family. I have just retired and am now well back into tracing the family. Although I managed to find out quite a bit in my initial enquiries, I still have several holes to fill. I would love to hear from any past contacts, (especially Dave Peachey of Sutton, Surrey) or other people that may have inforation on my family. The family I have traced so far from Fordham relate around:
Allen Pryke Peachey born 1854
Robert Peachey born 1834
James Peachey born 1801? died 1843
James married Mary Butters and had children Eliabeth, Robert, Reuben, Anne, James and Abraham.
I would be particularly interested to hear of the Abraham Peachey of Kenny Hill connection, as he was mentioned in my GGG fathers Robert's will.
