Hello: Hope you're still out there. Your post is very interesting. Has your question been answered yet?

Although no "proof" has yet been cited by anyone on this Forum, supposesdly there was a Robert Peachy, Baron of Chelsey/Chelsea, whose son Samuel Peachy came to Virginia from England in 1659. That Samuel begat Samuel Jr. who begat William who begat Samuel, Catherine and Susanne/Susannah. It is this Susannah Peachy/Peachey who married Col. Thomas Walker and begat the famous Dr. Thomas Walker and his sister MARY PEACHY WALKER who married Dr. GEORGE GILMER the 1st of Edinburgh, London and Williamsburg.

"Mary Peachy/Peachey" is very popular among all the Walker and Gilmer descendants. Beverley
