I ran across this entry on Ancestry.com. Does anyone know who this L.T. Pease was?

From U.S. House of Representatives Private Claims, Volume 3, 29th Congress, Session 1, Journal Page 93. Petition of L.T. Pease & J.M. Smith, for travelling expenses as commissioner to Creek and Seminole Indians. Referred to the Indian Affairs Committee and then to the Committee of the whole House. Bill 92. Report by Bill. 01 Mar 1845.

I am interested in information on both L.T. Pease or J.M. Smith.

Sylvia
