Kathy & Jill, I don't have any Healds matched to these Peases, and at first, I didn't have parents for Alanson. But thanks to Jill who mentioned that he had a brother Plyna, I'm alost positive they are the sons of this guy:

2.4.1.10.2 Noah, son of Job (Benjamin, David, John) and Eunice (Phelps) Pease; d. 1821 in Pembroke, NY; m. Mar 04, 1784 in Springfield, MA by William Pynchon, Justice of the Peace, to Parnel Cooley. Noah was in Paris, Oneida Co, NY until 1805. Children of Noah and Parnel (Cooley) Pease:

Since Kathy's first message, I've found the following on Alanson. I should have been checking back to the forum to Jill's follow ups. Now I can link him:

1 Alanson Pease; b. about 1800 in NY; m. Mariah or Maria; b. about 1802 in NY as were both of her parents. He may be the Alanson Pease who fought in the Mexican War as a private in Company K 2nd Illinois Foot soldiers. He enlisted at St. Charles. Alanson was the second minister chosen to lead the Baptist Church in Algonquin, Illinois after it was formed in May 1839. During the 1850 census, Alanson and the following which I’m going to assume were his family, were living in Algonquin, McHenry County, Illinois. In 1860 Alanson is listed as a Baptist Clergyman in Crystal Lake Post Office, Algonquin Twp, McHenry County. His wife and son Lorenzo is in the same household. In 1870, “Maria” and “Aloiza” are in Crystal Lake. In 1880, Maria is with her son Ephraim and his family. Children of Alanson and Mariah Pease, #1 in NY others in PA:

1.1 Ephraim Pease; b. Nov 1822 in New York; m. Jul 03, 1861 in McHenry County, IL Cynthia Ann (Beardsley) Strode; b. about 1827 in PA. She had married May 16, 1848 in McHenry County, James M. Strode. According to Mc Henry County, Illinois marriage records, an Ephraim Pease married Jane Wilber Jan 28, 1857. In the 1860 census, Ephraim was a farmer living in with his parents in Crystal Lake Post Office, Algonquin Twp, Mc Henry Co, IL. In 1880, Ephraim is a farmer, in Crystal Lake with his own family, his widowed mother, and Luella Strode age 27 listed as a step-daughter; b. in Illinois. Her father was born in Virginia. In 1885, Ephraim was serving as a highway commissioner in Algonquin. In the 1900 census, he was widowed and living with his son Frank in Cicero, IL. Children of Ephraim and Cynthia (Beardsley-Strode) Pease born in McHenry County, Illinois:

Sep 28, 1942 in Chicago, IL. When he filed his WWI draft registration card Jun 1917, Willard “W” was single, living at 3342 Oak Park Avenue in Berwyn, IL, and working as a lead clerk for what appears to be Atwood Pease in Chicago. At that time, Willard was described as being short with a slender build, blue eyes and light hair. During the 1920 census, Willard “A”. is in his widowed mother’s household on Oak Park Avenue in Berwyn, Cook County, and he is in college studying law. In 1930, Willard and his own family are living on Oak Park Avenue in Berwyn, and he is listed as a lawyer. Children of Willard A. and Ruth L. Pease born in Cook County, IL:

1.1.1.2.2 Frank B.       b.              1929              d.

1.1.1.4 Evelyn M. Pease; b. 1907. During the 1920 and 1930 census, she is single and living with her widowed mother in on Oak Park Avenue in Berwyn, Cook County, Illinois. In 1930, she is listed as a clerk in a bond house.

1.1.2 Wallace E. Pease; probably the Wallace E. Pease; b. Nov 1867 in Illinois; m. about 1894, Edith F.; b. Dec 1870 in Illinois. Her parents were born in NY. Wallace and his family were living in the 27th Ward of Chicago, Cook County, Illinois during the 1900 census. He was a laborer. One child of Wallace E. and Edith F. Pease born in Illinois:
1.1.2.1 Nora       b. Aug              1897              d.

1.4 Lorenzo Dow Pease; b. about 1829; m. Oct 16, 1867 in McHenry County, IL, Sarah Wallace; b. about 1841 in Illinois. Lorenzo served with Company H 36th Illinois Infantry from Aug 14, 1861 to Sep 23, 1864 during the Civil War. During the 1870 census, Lorenzo, Sarah and his brother Ira were living in Laramie, Albany County, Wyoming Territory. He is listed as the county clerk. In 1880, L. D., Sarah and daughter Alice are living on Fifth Street in Laramie, and he is a lawyer and editor. Lorenzo was also enumerated in the 1890 veteran’s census in Laramie. In 1900 Sarah is a widow living with her son Wallace in Laramie. Children of Lorenzo Dow and Sarah (Wallace) Pease born in Wyoming Territory:

1.4.2 Wallace F. b. Jun              1879              d.

1.5 Ira A. Pease; b. about 1840 in PA. During the 1870 census, Ira was living in his brother Lorenzo’s household in Laramie, Albany County, Wyoming Territory, and working as a teamster. There is an Ira A. Pease; bur. in Rose Hill Cemetery as a Civil War Veteran who served with Company A 19th Illinois Infantry.
