Seeking parents of Betsy PECK b. ca 1794 RI>NY

Seeking
1) parent's names
2) of Betsy PECK, b. ca 1794, in RI [Rhode Island]. She m. Thomas LEONARD or LEARNED 1812 in Richfield, Otsego, NY. I have their 1850 & 1860 Pendleton, Niagara Co., New York, censuses data, but I can not find them in the 1870 census when Thomas would have been abt. 88 years old and Betsey may have been about 77 years old; they could have died by then.

3) Their children were Allen W. LEONARD,
Marion LEONARD, Delan or Delmar LEONARD, Mr. Francis LEONARD and possibly Elizabeth LEONARD.
