I have a similar problem on my own Peck line. My g-g-g-g-g-grandfather was already in the Colonies by about 1750 but we do not know where he came from. Dome say we're English, some say we're German (possibly nie Beck). My DNA has proven that we are NOT related to three different English Peck lines so we are stuck in the 1700's.
