I've been going crazy trying to find a Ruby Peebles- McClelland. I know her dad Richard was one of the ones who owned one of the first iron works in Boyd Co., Ky. in the late 1800s & originally was from Ohio. But I can't find a marriage or death cert in Ky. or Ohio so I don't even know the first name of the McClelland she married. The pic my mom had of her was taken around the 1930s-40s I'm assuming after she married since that's the name on the back.
Since my McClellands are now spread out all across the U.S. since then she could be anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.
