Third time's the charm! This is eight-year-old information, but you can try contacting the law firms as well as trying to reach your grandfather directly. This almost has to be him, since you emailed me he was last known to be in Utah. You can also contact the local county clerk's office for records on property-tax payments, and check local phone books as well.
