Reddick Pender born 1808 in Bertie, N.C.
died 1865 in Haywood Co Tn

married June 04, 1827 Bertie N.C.

Nancy Hamblrton born Bet. 1790 - 1814 NC
died Bet. 1832 - 1903
married

daughter

Martha A. Pender born Bet. 1822 - 1839

Reddick father was Stephen Pender.

I am looking for the information Why he had to put up a bond for the custody of Thornton E Irvine. born January 20, 1850
