Looking for ancestors of my great grandfather Harris Coe Pender Renfrow. He was born September 09, 1813 and died October 07, 1883. Census indicates he was born in North Carolina. Some family lore that he was born in Scotland. He died in Pickens County, Alabama. He married Anna Isabelle (possibly Thomasson) and had six sons. Augustus Timothy, Earnest Crawford, Harris Coe P., Robert Samuel, James Weaver, and B.F.
Found a Limestone Co. Ala. record of Harris P Renfrow married to Ann Eliza Crawford in 1841. I believe this is the same man.
Any information to help with this search would be greatly appreciated.
