I'm seeking information on Thomas Carlyle Pender, b. abt 1830 in IL according to census. He married Ruth Ann Houston in June of 1854 in Van Buren County, IA. They had children: Mary Frances, Marion Napoleon, Cornelius Monroe, Clara Jane, Sylvester, Anne B. & Sherman Grant. They were in Johnson County, MO in 1860, Van Buren County, IA in 1870 and Chautauqua County, KS in 1880. Does anyone know where in IL Thomas Pender was born, who his parents were, where he and Ruth died?
