Penn of Scott County. Samuel's parents were William Penn and Lavinia Pack Penn of Turkey Foot Scott County. I assume that Penn was the married name for your Ggrandmother but was wondering if there was any connection between the families since Florence was not a family name in the William Penn family or in Ellen Black's family.
