Hi CLeo:

I plan to published in a very limited edition, my 2nd
revision to my 'Descendants of J. Frederich Schleich/Slyh'
sometime this Spring. The Walcutt family married into my
Slyh family several times, and the Peters family into the
Walcutt's, hence my connection to these distant cousins
by marriage.

I have found a few things here locally, received a few
pictures of the central OH family I want to include in
my work, but would like to take the Peters line as far
back as I can. I see no sense in duplicating someone else's
genealogy, but simply want to point the way to whatever
else has been published on the line so future researchers
will know where to look for the Peters family.

My oldest Slyh, J. Frederich, came from Northampton Co., PA
and there were Peters family there. I wondered too if the
central OH Peters family went back that far (1750's).

Can you give me the lineage of Gershom & Mahlon Peters
back to the immigrant ancestor, or further?

John
