The Estate records for John Posey(jr) who died on 11 July 1803 are listed as file#1512, Estate Records of John Posey of Spartanburg, South Carolina, which I obtained from the South Carolina Department of Archives and History, Columbia, South Carolina. File#1512, contains a copy of the will; inventory and appraisement of the Estate; sale of the Estate and to whom; list of creditors and debtors of the Estate. Although he is not listed as "Junior" I used this designation to distinquish him from John Posey, Senior who is listed as as a creditor as well as the same John Posey, Senior over 45+years in the 1800 Census records. File# 1512, clearly indicate that Nancy is the "relicit"/widow of the deceased John Posey. She(Nancy) also receives the majority of the proceeds from the sale of the Estate. Ann is only listed as a witness to the will in the original records. However I have seen the same record you have indicated. The John Posey(Jr) is the same John Posey who according the 1800 Census record is between 26-44 years old has wife 16-26; two children, male under 10 and female under 10. John Posey the Senior is listed in the 1810 Census.
