Barbara Posey daughter of Nehemiah Posey of Aiken County, SC (Orangeburg Dist.) was born on 06 Nov 1802 in Orangeburg District SC and died on15 Feb 1863 in Edgefield County, SC. She married James Cook who was born on 07 Feb 1799 and died on 04 Nov 1858. I know of only one child born to this couple....... am sure there were more.
Martha Matilda Cook b. 31 Jan 1833 d. 23 Oct 1913
md. Ulysses Gantt b. 01 Dec 1831 (had issue)
