Karl Wilhelm Quandt b. Dec 1809 Wurchow, Prussia, d. 29 Jul 1872 Iuka, IL. m. in Wurchow Frederike Wilhelmina Berg who was born 24 Nov 1815 Wurchow, d. 29 Aug 1893 Iuka. Their dau Albertine Caroline Quandt m. in Wurchow August Heinrich Boehnke (dropped the "o" in U.S.) Albertine died in Iuka 29 Jun 1917. Their daughter Alvina was my husband's grandmother. The cemetery at the old Lutheran church in Iuka is very well kept and the stones impressive. alice
