I have a book which has a chapter in it on this family. The only mention I saw of your Charles was "A store was set up at Pole Tavern by Henry H. Richman, later taken over by Charles R. Richman." There were several Dares mentioned, but not Rachel. There is quite a bit of information on the original Richmans and their descendants.
The book, "350 years of American Ancestors" by Mary Coates Martin, deals with 38 families (or their descendants)who lived in Salem Co., NJ. I have been there and it seems there is a Darestown, and the book makes reference to a Richmanville. These people all had ties to the DuBois family, who were early settlers in the Kingston, NY, area. I am a descendant of Louis Dubois through his daughter Sara, who died in Salem County in the early 1700s.
The book is available from Gateway Press, 1001 N. Calvert St., Baltimore, MD 21202. However, a note states all correspondence and book orders to: Mrs. Clyde Davis Martin, Hague Towers, No. 1815, 330 West Brambleton Ave., Norfolk, VA 23510.
There is a note inside: "Permission to reproduce in any form must be secured from the author." So, I am hesitant to send you copies of the sheets involved.
