I am looking for information about Elizabeth May Robertson, born about 1790 in SC and married William Adair on 2 May 1806 SC. They moved to Perry Co., AL where she was listed on the 1850 census as 60 yrs old born in SC and William as a 70 yr old farmer born in SC.
After William died in 1851, Elizabeth moved to TX with some of her children. The last census record for her was in 1860. On the Houston Co., TX census, pg 215A, she is listed "Elizabeth Robertson 66 farmer $---/688 b AL" with Joe and Mary Scott & children listed with her. Mary was one of her daughters.
Other children: Elvira, Nancy m James McLemore, William Washington m Jane E (surname unknown), Rebecca Long m Hugh W Goodwin, Benjamin Franklin, Martha Elizabeth m 1st James Terry, 2nd a Mr. McHenry, Emeline T m William G Steed, Pernecy m 1st Anderson Motes, 2nd Richard Martin Booker.
I would like to know who her parents and/or siblings were.
