I am looking for history on the Robinson family from Stayner Ontario. I know that a soldier/captain had married a native and unfortunatey my grandfather who was the know of all of our family history passed away last year and I never asked him about this.His name was Norris James Robinson his parents were Mary and Lorne Robinson who were both murdered September 12,1942 during the world war and they blamed my grandfathers brother albert. We have carefoor and allcock also as part of the family but nothing shows as indian or metis. Can anyone shed some light?
