I am seeking info on any Rooneys from Newtownhamilton.
My great grandfather, Thomas Rooney was born around 1840 in Newtownhamilton Co. Armagh, settled in Greenwich Village New York around 1860, married Catherine Connolly and had 3 sons. Only 1 son, my grandfather Bernard married.
