Tressa Green called me today about your email and phone call to her. I am from Allen Rose line through his son Isaac Allen. Isaac's son Charles E. was my grandfather.
Tressa said you are looking for males in this line. I do have two living male cousins from Charles E. His son was also Charles E. Everyone in the family called him Buddy.
My Grandmother and Grandfather seperated shortly after Buddy was born. I only saw Charles E. Sr.twice in my life.
As Tressa told you we have never gotten past Allen Rose. There were three Roses that came here about the same time. I know they all have to be related as all three lines carry the same names, born close together and in the same area of N.C. I believe they are cousins. I have a copy of Allens will. Have you read the book A SOUTHERN BRANCH OF THE ROSE FAMILY--Meredith Reddic Rose & Nancy Manning their descendants & allied lines? It doesan't have much on Allen but a lot on Kindred and William R. They are the other two that I'm talking about. Tressa is sending me what you sent her but I won't get it tell Monday as she has to send it from her work email.
