I show that Philip S Rushing was born August 10, 1854 (maybe in Mississippi), and died October 24, 1937 in Dawson Co. He is buried in Midway Cemetary (close to Big Spring). I believe they moved to around Mt. Pleasant, Tx after they left Arkansas.
