Sue,
William Washington Harris had only one son, David Golightly Harris. He had daughters, Julia , Adaline, Sabring, Harriet, Cornelia and Tabitha. This information is from Piedmont Farmer The Journals of David Golightly Harris, l855-l870 edited by Philip N. Racine. There are several genealogy charts in the book and I have extensively researched this family.
David Harris had a son, W. Washington , but he is accounted for . James G. Harris, a brother to to Wm. Washington Harris, who was the son of James and Priscilla Gilliam Harris, also had a son Wm. Washington, who is accounted for.
