I'm looking for any information about my Great Grandfather Elmer E. Seitz. He was raised as an orphan in North Eastern Pennsylvania.
He was raised by families named Hower and Rohrbach.
His wife was Sarah J.
Old family rumor has it that his father left Carbon County (Bomanstown) Pennsylvania and headed west about the time Elmer was born.
