Jane Sinnott was born in Quebec, Canada to Irish immigrants Moses Sinnott & Eleanor Roach. I knew that Jane, born abt 1834 had married Thomas rhodes and they allegedly lived in KY & TX but I'd never found any information on them until today.
I've have finally discovered some information on Thomas Rhodes & Jane Sinnott.
Records:
Thomas A Rhodes married Annie J. Sinnett Oct 6 1861 at Meade Co., Ky [I am unsure why she is called Annie here and in son's birth record; she had a sister named Ann and appears in all census records as Jane]
It is possible that Thomas had brought his family to Vermont because of the danger the War in the vicinity of their home. A Thomas Rhodes does appear in the 12th KY Calvary raied in Caseville, KY. Whatever the reason, their second child Mary was born in Vermont about 1864.

Thomas A Rhodes, 29, b. KY married to Jane, 30., Canada East in the 1870 Caseville, Meade Co, KY. Thomas was a farmer. Children:
Edward Rhodes, 8, KY
Mary Rhodes, 6, VT
Lelia Rhodes, 4, KY [called Agnes in 1880]
Civilla Rhodes, 2, KY [called Sirvaltar in 1880; Thomas had a sister Ann Savilla]
Affinatins/Affinative Rhodes, (male) 1 mo KY abt June 1870 [he does not appear on 1880 census]
A. J. Rhodes, died April 17, 1874 in child birth, b. Canada daughter of "Joseph" & Ellenor "Sumuck" both born Ireland [should be Moses & Ellenor Sinnott]

Jane Rhodes' name is on the marker of Moses & Ellenor Sinnott at St George Cemetery, Bakersfield, VT
After Jane's death, Thomas remarried to Theresa, b. 1852 Massachusetts & had at least 2 daughters, Sarah (1878) & Magdalene (1879)
