Sidney Montruville SMITH b Dec 1872 Morton, Leeds, ON, Canada m Elizabeth? b Canada. They migrated to Milwaukee WI by 1900 . Sidney was a Dr. in Milwaukee. They had children: -
- Herbert b 1898 Canada who m Henrietta b 1900 WI.
- Florence b 1908 WI

Sidney was the son of Otis Benson SMITH and Susan SHOOK. Sidney became a naturalized US Citizen in 1906 in Milwaukee. He applied for a passport in 1937 and the application included his photo.
