This is a long shot I know but I'm at a brick wall. I have a Richard SOMERVILLE Lyles born 28 nov 1828 Ky. I am guessing the middle name Somerville was given to him honoring a mother or grandmother's maiden name. Richard moved to Rusk co. Tx and married Mary Jane Roberts Jacobs. He was killed in action in the civil war. If anyone has a Lyles and Somerville connection please let me know. Thanks
