I am trying to help a fellow Spann to find some information on the Spanns in Cape Girardeau, MO. I know I have seen this town in some of my research and reading with my Spann family, I just can't remember where. She is also trying to locate information on Jean Marie Spann and/or her parents in the same town. I believe Jean would have been a teenager in the late 1960s.
